Refund Policy

This policy was updated on April 30, 2015

  1. Every purchase is subject to a $75 non-refundable deposit.
  2. Full refund (less deposit) in the event of an injury with a signed Doctor's note. Cancellation must be received 7 days or more prior to the commencement of the program.
  3. Refund (less deposit) for Enhanced Training Programs (those programs which run the last 2 weeks in August, annually) will be given if cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the commencement of the program.
  4. Refund (less deposit) for all other programs will be given if cancellation is received 15 days or more prior to the commencement of the program.
  5. No refunds will be given for any reason once a program has commenced.
  6. Refund policy is subject to change. Those changes will be posted on biltringette.com

  8. Changes to programs will be subject to an admin fee of $25. No changes will be permitted for Enhanced Training (those programs which run the last 2 weeks in August, annually) within 45 days of commencement of the program.
  9. There will be no transfer of credits between programs, or between sessions of programs.

Class Change Policy

This policy was updated on June 19, 2013

  1. 48 hours notice required to change from one class to another (Focused and U12 Development).
  2. Failure to provide notice to us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) within the sufficient time period will result in the loss of that class from your package with no refund or credit provided for a future class.
  3. Exceptions will be granted in extenuating circumstances, and are at the discretion of Management.
  4. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. We pride our programs on their flexibility and the quality instruction we provide. In order for us to plan appropriately for our classes, we require 48 hours notice to create plans and schedule instructors.

Weather Cancellation Policy

This policy was updated on June 19, 2013

  1. Off ice training will occur in outdoor venues throughout the City of participation. Training will be cancelled for the following reasons only:
    • Severe weather including severe winds, storm warnings, hail, heavy rain, lightning.
  2. Cancellation of off ice training will occur by 4pm the day of the planned class. Notice will be provided via email, facebook and twitter.
  3. All cancelled classes will be re-scheduled within the program duration, and can be scheduled on any day of the week. You will be notified via email as to the re-scheduled class.

Privacy Policy

You have been requested to provide contact information including name, phone, and email address, as a requirement. Providing this information is voluntary which we use internally with BILT RT employees. BILT RT does not share personal information with third parties.

Your medical information and injury history has been requested as a measure to appropriately inform our instructors, employees and agents when they are engaging in the services provided by BILT RT. This information is not a requirement, and is given voluntarily. BILT RT will not share this information with third parties.
