What is the cost of your programs?

Enhanced

U12-U19

  • 1 Week: $250 + GST
  • 2 Weeks: $400 + GST

Focused

  • 2 weeks: $162.50 + GST
  • 3 weeks: $243.75 + GST
  • 4 weeks: $325 + GST
  • 5 weeks: $400 + GST

Spring PREP

  • 2 weeks: $75+ GST
  • 4 weeks: $150+ GST
  • 6 weeks: $225+ GST
  • 7 weeks: $262.50+ GST

Can I add weeks to my Focused Training Package?

Yes. Just login to your member account and add the sessions you would like to attend.

Can I change my weeks in my Focused Training Package?

Yes. Just login to your member account and select the new date you will be attending. Please note that there are a maximum number of participants per ice/off ice.

Can I add a week to my Enhanced Training?

Yes. Just login to your member account and add a week. Please note that there are a maximum number of participants per age group. If the session is full, you will be placed on the waitlist.

Do you have a payment plan?

Do you offer Team Training?

How do I sign up or sign my kid(s) up for Enhanced, Focused and/or Spring PREP?

Step 1: Click the "Sign Up Now" link at the bottom of the Enhanced, Focused or Spring PREP Pages.

Step 2: You MUST make a profile on your account before registering yourself or your child.

Step 3A: If you are a parent/guardian signing up your child please select “Parent Sign Up” and fill in the required information.

Step 3B: If you are an athlete signing yourself up for a program or camp select “Athlete Sign up” and fill in the required information.

***Note: Step 4 & 5 are for parents only

Step 4: Now you must register your child. Click “Register My Child”.

Step 5: You now have the option to A)“Register Another Child” or B)“Purchase A Package”. If you have more than one child you would like to register, select option A and make another profile for this child. If not, select option B) “Purchase A Package”.

Step 6: You should now see the “Available Packages” page with several options below. Please ensure to read the options carefully and select the appropriate one for you or your child.

Step 7: Once you’ve made your selection click “Check Out” at the top right side of the page.

Step 8: Fill in your payment information

Step 9: If you have made all your purchases for the day and reviewed your order then, select “Submit Order”. If you wish to continue making other purchases to enroll you or your child/children into more camps/programs select “Keep Shopping”.

Step 10: You must now register for the class after you have purchased the package. It will not automatically add you to the classes/programs because of the flexibility of selecting sessions.

Refund Policy

This policy was updated on May 7, 2019

  1. Every purchase is subject to a $75 non-refundable deposit.

  2. Full refund (less deposit) in the event of an injury with a signed Doctor's note. Cancellation must be received 7 days or more prior to the commencement of the program.

  3. Refund (less deposit) for Enhanced Training Programs (those programs which run the last 2 weeks in August, annually) will be given if cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the commencement of the program. For Summer 2019, cancellations must be received on or before June 28, 2019. Cancellations must be submitted via email to This email address is being protected from spambots.   4. Refund (less deposit) for all other programs will be given if cancellation is received 15 days or more prior to the commencement of the program.

  5. No refunds will be given for any reason once a program has commenced.

  6. Refund policy is subject to change. Those changes will be posted on biltringette.com

  7. There will be no transfer of credits between programs, or between sessions of programs.

Goalie Training Cancellation Policy

Individual/Team Sessions (1-3 goalies)

- Changes or cancellations to a scheduled session may be made up to 48 hours in advance of a session without a penalty

- Cancellations withing 48 hours will result in loss of $50, balance will be refunded 

- Cancellations within 24 hours will result in full loss of fee for the session

 

Group Sessions

- Changes or cancellations to a scheduled session may be made up to 72 hours in advance of a session without a penalty

- Cancellations withing 72 hours will result in loss of $100, balance will be refunded 

- Cancellations within 24 hours will result in full loss of estimated fee for the session

Class Change Policy

This policy was updated on November 4, 2019

We pride our programs on their flexibility and the quality instruction we provide. In order for us to plan appropriately for our classes, we require notice to create plans and schedule instructors to maintain these standards. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

  1. 48 hours notice required to change from one class to another (Focused and Spring PREP). Changes must be done through your member account by cancelling out of the session. 

  2. Changes to Enhanced Weeks (switching from Week 1 to Week 2) is permitted until 14 days before camp. Please note that space is limited. This can be done through your member account by cancelling out of the session and signining up for the alternate session. No full cancellations will be accepted within 45 days of camp commencement (see Refund Policy)

  3. Failure to cancel the session or to attend the session will result in the loss of a credit.

  5. Goalie Individual/Team Sessions (1-3 goalies)

Weather Cancellation Policy

This policy was updated on September 27, 2017

  1. Off ice training will occur in outdoor venues throughout the City of participation. Training will be cancelled for the following reasons only:

    • Severe weather including severe winds, storm warnings, hail, heavy rain, lightning.

  2. Cancellation of off ice training will occur by 10am of the planned class. Notice will be provided via email & facebook.

  3. Attempts will be made to move Enhanced classes inside Crowchild Twin Arena and class content will be modified. In the event this is not possible, classes will not be rescheduled.

Your medical information and injury history has been requested as a measure to appropriately inform our instructors, employees and agents when they are engaging in the services provided by BILT Ringette. This information is not a requirement, and is given voluntarily. BILT Ringette will not share this information with third parties.
